Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation document unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Commencement

Development work will commence only after acceptance of the quotation or proposal, completion of any required agreement, and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Project timelines begin once all required information, content, and approvals have been received from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide complete and accurate project requirements, supply all required content (text, images, logos, and other assets), review submitted work and provide timely feedback, and provide necessary access to third-party services when required. Delays in providing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be defined in the quotation, proposal, or service agreement. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in suspension or delay of project work until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all project materials, source code, designs, and related assets remain the property of Sarathi Nexus Technologies until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party software, libraries, frameworks, or licensed components used within the project. Sarathi Nexus Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, plugins, software, or external platforms. Sarathi Nexus Technologies is not responsible for changes, pricing updates, service interruptions, or availability of such third-party services.

8. Website Usage
